1. Introduction

Welcome to Jaisalmer Taxi Service Cab. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our cab and taxi services ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Definitions

"Company" refers to Jaisalmer Taxi Service Cab.
"User" refers to any individual who uses the Services
. "Driver" refers to the individual operating the cab or taxi.
"Booking" refers to the reservation of a cab or taxi.

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts.

4. Booking and Cancellation

Booking: Users can book a cab or taxi through our mobile app, website, or customer service hotline.
Cancellation: Users may cancel a booking within a specified period as per the Company’s cancellation policy. Cancellation charges may apply.

5. Payment

Fare Estimates: The Company provides fare estimates based on the distance and duration of the trip. Final fares may vary due to traffic, route changes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Payment Methods: Users can pay via credit card, debit card, digital wallets, or cash. The preferred payment method must be selected at the time of booking.
Receipts: A receipt will be provided to the User at the end of the trip.

6. User Responsibilities

Accurate Information: Users must provide accurate information during the booking process.
Conduct: Users are expected to behave respectfully towards Drivers and comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the trip.
Damage: Users will be held responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to their negligence or misconduct.

7. Driver Responsibilities

Licensing and Compliance: Drivers must have a valid driving license and comply with all local regulations.
Conduct: Drivers are expected to behave professionally and ensure the safety and comfort of the User.
Vehicle Maintenance: Drivers must ensure that their vehicles are well-maintained and meet safety standards.

8. Liability

User Safety: The Company takes reasonable measures to ensure the safety of Users but does not guarantee it. Users are advised to take necessary precautions.
Limitations of Liability: The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.

9. Privacy

The Company collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Services, Users consent to such collection and processing.

10. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Services for any User who violates these Terms or engages in misconduct.

11. Changes to Terms
